Each piece is hand formed and glazed porcelain. Once out of the kiln I  apply alcohol inks, a process that I would describe as "Controlled Surprises", which is actually similar to how many glazes react in the kiln firing. 

Once completed, each is sealed with UV protection.  ​

   As with most of my work I work to make my pieces simple to hang. Each is mounted on a "keyhole" hanger allowing them to float a bit from the wall.
