General Returns and Shipping Policies

Shipping Guidelines: All shipments will be sent via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested by the buyer or specified by the seller

FINAL SALES: All sales of original sculptures and custom commissioned artworks are final.

FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds unless a return policy is agreed prior to purchase as noted by Steidel Fine Art Porcelain LLC on the invoice provided to the customer. In such cases that return policy is agreed prior to purchase, all returns and exchanges must be within 7 days from the date of purchase. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the customer damages goods in their care or during return shipping to the gallery, and may be sent back to the customer. Your return package should include the item, along with any packaging and documents that came with it. Go to your local post office or carrier, have the item fully insured for the purchase price, and ship it to our Texas Office address (Steidel Fine Art Porcelain LLC, 15401 Ranch Road 12, Unit #103, Wimberley, TX 78676). Please note that Steidel Fine Art Porcelain LLC gallery cannot be responsible for any shipping charges or insurance fees on refunded items. Ask for a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us. Once the item is received by the gallery, our quality assurance department will inspect the merchandise. After the item is verified, we will issue a refund in the same way payment was made. Please allow up to seven business days upon our receipt of the returned item for this process to take place.

FAULTY/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE GOODS: Artworks are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if pre-existing damage is noticed within 7 days of the date of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of a client’s personal installation, placement, or unwrapping are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair/replace faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for a similar artwork subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. For all faulty items outside of our Returns Policy, please contact debra@steidelfineart.com

FOR RETURN OF ONLINE PURCHASES: The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through our website of artworks not considered faulty. Be sure to email a request to debra@steidelfineart.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that Steidel Fine Art Porcelain LLC cannot be responsible for any shipping charges or insurance fees on refunded items. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. 
 

Returns for Online Purchases At Our Gallery: Your original invoice must be presented at the time of return or exchange within 14 days from the original purchase date.

Returns for Defective Items and Wrong Items Shipped: Any defective item(s) or item(s) that was different from Original Invoice may be refunded or exchanged: Please note that all defective item(s) are subject to inspection. In the event that the artwork is deemed the wrong item or defective prior to shipping to the customer, return shipping will be covered by the Gallery and a full refund will be provided within 7 days of receiving the returned good(s).
