Yes this is my favorite piece in the sale! Hand thrown porcelain that was altered and sculpted to hold the bronze horn. The horn was .... believe it or not... first created by hand throwing a very slender "horn" shape, after which I laid out on a table with a curve. Once leatherhard, I carved the design into the soft clay. After it was fired, I had my local foundry (when I lived in Texas) cast it into bronze. This is the last of this bronze horn.
